
We will be starting and ending at the Twin Peaks North OKC located at 3109 W Memorial Rd. Plan to be there at 10:30am if you want to get a head start to get signed in and pick up T-shirts (for those who purchase a shirt or shirts). Have some lunch and a beverage.
We will load the bus at 11:45 am and departing at noon. We will return at around 9:30 pm.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING AT TWIN PEAKS: please do not park in the main parking lot of Twin Peaks. You will see a parking lot directly behind(north) of the restaurant. There are plenty of parking spaces in that area and this is where we will be boarding. This will be the final stop at the end of the night.
DO’S AND DON’T’S! Do Pace yourselves! All large coolers must be stored below in the cargo area. Please no Styrofoam coolers or any coolers that leak. We are charged a deposit for the bus, and any messes deemed our fault can have our deposit not refunded. You are responsible for your actions. If you have a problem at any time during the pub crawl, please let us know and we will help.
With the popularity of shared rides (Uber, Lyft, etc.), many local people are no longer staying at a hotel after the pub crawl and recently we have not had enough people staying to get a decent group rate. So, there will not be a host hotel this year with an established group rate. There are several hotels listed below within walking distance of Twin Peaks where you can book a room if needed.1. If you do not have a designated driver and need a ride home or to your hotel at the end of the night, please call Uber, Lyft or a taxi service.
Please don’t drink and drive!
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Members and Non-Members are eligible to register. Member registrations will have priority over Non-Member registrations. If we fill up the bus with members, non-members will receive a refund if bumped.
We do not want anyone to miss out on a great event like this so do yourself a favor and go ahead and join COPA if you are not a member for just $21.This event will be worth that if nothing else!
Once payment has been made, there will not be any refunds. The only exception is if registered Non-Members are left without seats because of Member priority. In that case a full refund will be given. Any cancellations will result in a forfeiture of funds. However, you may find someone to pay you for your spot if you need to cancel. Please notify us if that occurs. Members and Non-Members need to complete the information form and submit.
